With every hire, the goal is to hire the best possible candidate for the job. The process begins with clarifying the job and qualification requirements, as well as what personal qualities the right candidate should have. The assessment may include that we also have room for social responsibility.
After this initial selection, a series of interviews are conducted. The number and participants in these interviews depend on the job in question. During the interview, we will tell you more about the job content and our expectations of the future employee. You will have the opportunity to ask questions about the job and the company.
Internal applicants for jobs are considered equal to external applicants.
We always aim to hire the person with the best qualifications for the job. This is regardless of social or ethnic affiliation, gender, age, political views, sexuality, disability or life situation.
However, every applicant must be able to speak and understand English to an extent that does not hinder the performance of the job. Furthermore, all employees must be able to use a minimum of Danish expressions relevant to the job and at the same time commit to expanding their Danish language skills.
After the interview
After the interview, we evaluate the applicants and the most suitable will be offered the job. Of course, you will also hear from us if you are not offered the job.
