Any wood cutting and subsequent refining processes generate a considerable amount of by-products.
We make sure that sawdust, chips, screenings and bark are turned into products that can be utilised by customers – for example, as raw materials for chipboard, for heating purposes, as bedding in flower beds or as a surface for riding arenas.
By-products are divided into the following main groups:
From clean and untreated spruce wood:
Wood shavings are dried down to approximately 18% moisture. Soft and pliable and used for bedding for e.g. horses/chickens, wood pellets and wood industry
From clean and untreated spruce wood:
Wood fibre fragment used for e.g. riding stables, wood pellets, wood industry and CHP plants
From clean and untreated spruce wood:
Wood fibre fragment used in the brick industry, horse bedding, slaughterhouses, brick industry, wood pellets and other wood industries
Wood fibre fragment used in the cellulose industry, combined heat and power plants and pellet manufacturers
Wood fibre fragment used as biomass for combined heat and power plants
Wood fibre fragment used for ground cover in gardens
